Lavender Hydrosol

Our lavender hydrosol is distilled right here on our farm from our hand-harvested lavender.  We pack the still with fresh from the field lavender and steam distill it until the oil starts to drip out.  The secondary product from that oil production is this lovely floral water.  Spray it on linens, use as a facial toner, or as a gentle body mist.
